Notice to Users

MULTIFACTOR AUTHENTICATION FOR PACER AND CM/ECF
Multifactor authentication (MFA) features will become available for PACER and CM/ECF on May 11th. MFA provides an added layer of security to accounts by helping protect against cyberattacks that steal passwords, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access. MFA enrollment will be optional for users with read-only access, however enrollment will be mandatory for all users with filing access by the end of 2025. Please see the PACER website for additional guidance.

Attention Attorney Filers:
Per LBR 2091-1 and the Administrative Procedures of this Court, attorneys and registered users must notify the court in writing of any changes to mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, etc. Attorney filers must also comply with admission requirements under L.R.83.2.3 of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
